Daniel Corcos, PhD obtained his Master's Degree in Psychology in l980 and his Ph.D. in Motor Control from the University of Oregon in 1982. He is the Director of the Human Therapautic Neuroscience program at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Nutrition. His current research interests focus on understanding brain regions involved in sensorimotor control and on therapeutic interventions for patients with Parkinson's disease. He is currently an Executive Editor of the Journal of Motor Behavior and has been on the editorial board of the Journal of Neuroengineering and Rehabilitation since 2004.
